Welcome to the NYDXA Home page, serving the New York and New Jersey scanner & short wave community since 1984.  If you are a first time visitor, you may want to read our history page.

Our group holds an informal "net" since March 1992 (that's right - 20 years), now on the 147.360 mhz (PL 107.2) repeater located in New York City each Wednesday night at 9:00 p.m.  If you are a licensed amateur radio operator, please join us!  If you are not licensed, you can still join us by submitting your questions via E-mail. During the net E-mail is answered "live" and during the week we usually respond within one day.

Our mailing list also serves to alert our group to local news and breaking scanner action.  If you are visiting us from afar, please download our newsletter each month.  If you are from the NY - NJ - LI - CT area, please drop us an E-mail and we will be happy to add your name to the list.  Past issues of our newsletters are available via the archive link.  We would appreciate receiving your comments.
